A perfect example of over stuffing a small community! Greed .... This should never have been allowed to be constructed! Go ahead and move here but beware! The roads can't handle the traffic and the elderly cause much traffic when they really cant drive anymore! The true locals have nothing against the people simply buying homes. That's not the issue here. The issue is our community roads were never meant for this huge population and villages like this one are not welcome by us anymore. My heater broke 6 months ago, and I can't get them to fix it. I spent the whole summer without A/C only to find out that they unplugged it.
I have friends there. Their air conditioner has been broken for at least two months. They put a window unit in but that's making the person sick The place is falling into disrepair in the last 2 years. Do not recommend.
