BEWARE GAS/OIL WORKERS!!! DO NOT RENT HERE!!! This is the WORST housing EVER!!! Property manager/Staff is rude and uneducated. There is a bug problem and everything falls apart. Then they accuse you of things that you didn't do. I am glad to be out of this so called luxury apartment. There is NOTHING luxury about this apartment. Plus.... The price is just ridiculous!! Save yourself the headache and money. DON'T RENT HERE!
I had accepted a new teaching job in the area and lived at Heritage Village for a couple months. I have to say it was the absolute worst housing I have ever experienced!! At first glance it looked great and seemed safe and welcoming. However, I would soon find the mangement made it unbearable to live there. I lived above the property manager and was soon accused for absurb actions such as "heavy walking", "stomping", and "running" through the apartment. We lived here for almost 4 years. The first 3 years were enjoyable, even though the apartments are way overpriced for the area. Management turnover has always been an issue, but we never really had an issue till recently. Pros: Well kept landscaping Allow large dogs Nice location Cons: New management is absolutely awful WAY OVERPRICED!
