There is quite a list. I have 3 kids and I don’t think we have seen the same provider twice with anyone. The staff is nice just seems they have PA’s come and go. Also heritage valley put my 6 year olds birthday as 2007 instead of 2017 so I can’t make him appointments on the app. No one has been able to tell me who to talk to and after calling and being on hold 30-55 minutes several times I’m over it. The last straw has been coming to pick up paperwork. The door & website says they open at 8:00 but come 9:00 still no one here... read more

Actual office hours are not aligned with office hours posted in numerous locations...seem to randomly change with no prior notice and not related to a Holiday. Very frustrating.
Great doctor, always make us feel that our child is in good hands when he's examing them. Very informative explaining our symptoms.
