I’m not sure who to have an issue with. The PA, the office? Ive been going to this office for at least 15 years. I made an appt and wanted to see Priola, my original pcp. They wouldn’t let me see him bc he hasn’t seen me in 3 years. I had to then make an appt with the PA Kelsey. I was told I could call in to get a prescription filled, after countless efforts of trying to reach them to fill it, my pharmacy faxed them twice, I finally was able to get my prescription 6 weeks later. I love my doctor here but I hate hate HATE how the office phone is run. They will only send you to voicemail. You never get to talk to a person no matter how simple your question is. And then good luck ever getting a call back. Extremely frustrating
the front office here is so grossly incompetent i wouldn't trust them with a pet hamster let alone my health. im not joking, find another office.
Dr Priola is an excellent physician. He actually listens to you and your concerns. The new office is meh because you can never get in touch with a person but it's not the worst I've ever experienced. The staff, when you get to speak to them, are courteous and go above and beyond for the most part. 4 stars just because of the not being able to reach them like you used too when they were in Hopewell.
