What a horrible experience right when I needed medical attention the most! Let me start off by saying it did NOT begin that way. I was really sick with flu like symptoms. I went in on a Thursday. I chose this clinic for 3 reasons; it was close to me, it took my insurance and I had a very thorough conversation with a very polite young man that broke everything down for me the day before. Went in sick and was turned away and told to go buy a home covid test so I didn’t infect everyone there.
What a great 1st experience at this new local urgent care! I took our 5YO in when I got off work. It was late, I was tired from a long day at work and he's had past medical issues that make me a little extra on edge. He was so out of sorts! The nurses/Dr were so unbelievably kind, compassionate and their empathy truly went a long way for this Mama tonight! I hope to not be a regular, but I will gladly go back here when we need to. ❤️
