Went there because I started feeling sick after the holidays. I wanted to be sure it wasn't something like strep or covid. I fealt instantly judged and treated poorly for seeking help. I struggle with people as is and hardly ever leave my home because of it. And she kept asking my ride about my medical history as if I was a child unable to speak for myself. Just because im autistic and struggle with face to face doesnt mean im a idiot. I can answer my own medical questions.
I have been here several times for lab work and imaging the most recent for a blood draw last week. I'm what they call a hard stick and I was literally in the door signed in (they called my name before I even walked away from the kiosk) and had my blood drawn and out the door in just over 10 minutes. This time was super fast but I've never had to wait longer than 10 or 15 minutes to be seen and the folks there are generally friendly. I was just in the Chippewa location tonight. Lori was the tech on duty. She was knowledgeable, personable, and quick in getting my labs drawn! Great job!
