Service is beyond terrible. We were told test results would be back in 3-5 days. Today is day 10 and nothing. Nobody returns calls and we get a canned, rehearsed response from whoever answers the phone because heaven forbid they do their job and try to answer a question. We have also been passed on to "someone who can help" yet whoever that person is, never picks up the call and doesn't return messages even after days of waiting. Absolutely terrible service. especially a lady named Kara - extremely rude and clearly had bigger priorities than helping customers. It took her forever to 'greet me' and even longer to scan my ID and insurance card. It was the LONGEST wait I've ever had to experience to simply check in. It wouldn't surprise me if she didn't even show me as checking in! Will never take myself/family there.
It's getting two stars because of location and availability (otherwise I would give it one star). Not going to use my real name because I'm going to be discussing my personal medical issues. I went in because I had vaginal burning and discharge. Swabs were collected and had to be sent off. In-house testing for bacteria came back negative. Sent off to check for STD's. Was told results would be back in about three days and they would call me. No one called. I had to call and ask for my results. My results were negative, b... read more

This is the a great place with the exception of one person. The lady that draws your blood is very rude. Everyone else is super friendly.
