RecommendedI had never handled a gun before I took the HQL class. Our instructor Albi was great. He was very knowledgeable and patient. Following his instructions I was able to hit within the target every time.

Went through the HQL class today and didn't realize it was 4 hours until after, that's how enjoyable it was. Very knowledgeable and engaging instructor with the rest of the employees being super polite, professional and able to answer all the questions I had. Even going to enroll my girlfriend and her mother in classes, knowing Heritage will make the process enjoyable and easy for two people who are very green to firearms
The staff here are accommodating, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and helpful! We were not sure what we were going to do for our son for his 16th Birthday. We happened to stumble across this place and what an outstanding facility! We can’t rave enough about Heritage! Thank you for making our sons 16th extraordinary! I highly recommend this place - it’s top notch !

I wouldn’t recommend anyone that goes around to other local small business owners and post false reviews on google of a secret shopper telling nothing but lies and then posting a review on their own website stating how they are awesome!!
As a weapon owner and resident of Maryland, I find it appalling that gun shops would do this to each other. The Liberals in this state will have a field day with this, maybe if you all came together we would be able to overcome the laws that keep US the law abiding citizens of Maryland from exercising our right to bear arms. Work together, instead of against each other. Shady business practice!!! I will be sure to pass this along to all my gun owning friends.
Relies on having their employees asking loaded questions, then leaving negative reviews of other local firearm/training businesses to boost their own business. Shameful. Will never patronize.
