This place is awesome. I attend the HQL training yesterday. The training was excellent. The instructors were awesome. The folks out at the desk in the front are all nice and extremely helpful. They walked a class of 8 through the application and fingerprints very quickly after class. The team in the retail store are really nice and have a lot of patience and excellent customer service skills, as well as knowledge on the guns and other products in the store.
