Called to purchase a planter on 2-17 and didn’t receive an email on a purchase agreement until I called again on 2-20. Asked about scheduling a truck to deliver said planter on 2-17 and never got a response back. Didn’t receive wiring instructions on said purchase until 2-26. When we received the planter it wouldn’t unfold because the master cylinder had a blown seal etc. Called and explained issue and their response was “it worked during the inspection, unfortunately with equipment this age this happens”.
