Called to purchase a planter on 2-17 and didn’t receive an email on a purchase agreement until I called again on 2-20. Asked about scheduling a truck to deliver said planter on 2-17 and never got a response back. Didn’t receive wiring instructions on said purchase until 2-26. When we received the planter it wouldn’t unfold because the master cylinder had a blown seal etc. Called and explained issue and their response was “it worked during the inspection, unfortunately with equipment this age this happens”. Excellent service! Very nice people. They have continuous thinker's in this store. Working to solve any problems a customer has . Again and again they have helped us to the point of going above the normal customer service care. We can't thank them enough.
