If you want to have to hire a lawyer when they screw up your title, This is the company to use. They will even claim responsibility, give you the run around saying they'll pay, then tell you oh well get a lawyer if you want us to fix our mistake. BROKER WILL NOT DO BUSINESS ANYMORE WITH THEM ANYMORE EITHER. BEWARE!!
Absolutely horrible experience with this title company. Nichole Kremer was quite rude. They charged me excessive and egregious hidden fees that other title companies don't charge. I strongly advise avoiding this company at all costs.
