The Heritage title team is spectacular! Not only are they knowledgeable, they are the most helpful title companies I’ve worked with. We thought we wouldn’t get funded for 2-3 days and Candy, Nicole and Julie made sure to get it done same day!
The closing process is not same as it used to be. As the seller in this transaction, Heritage Title did not service me with any exceptional customer service. Rather, there is this new expectation that the title companies control the closing process. In the end, it’s because of me selling a property they exist in the first place.
