Very satisfied! The workmanship was exceptional on our granite counter tops and tumbled stone backsplash. David, Chris and Jennifer were wonderful to work with, they really put together a fantastic look for our kitchen. It was done on time just as promised, and they took the time to answer all of our questions. They know good customer service, we highly recommend them.
Breathtaking!!! Went above and beyond!!! Gave us a quote and stuck to it. Every time we changed something Jennifer let us know immediately if it was a additional cost or a deduct. We ended up comming in below the estimate thanks to some ideas from Justin and Jennifer concerning the layout. Everyone was very patient throughout the whole process and guided us every step of the way. Justin helped us with our cabinet design and David Bateman helped us relocate the plumbing. FANTASTIC!!!! Kitchen and bath of our dreams. We have done two jobs with Heritage Stonecraft. Our first was our guest bathroom vanity and shower which turned out beautiful!!

Our second bathroom we went to a COMPETITOR who was cheaper and boy did we get burned. The tops were not installed correctly. Some were loose. Large gaps at the walls etc and the shower drain was done improperly and leaked into our living room. Soapstone We are very surpised to see a negative pricing review from Amy I regarding the cost of Soapstone. It is an inventory material for us (we always have it in stock) and we only charge for the square footage used, not the whole slab. We only stock high grade Soapstone and hand select the materials. We never "talk anyone out of it" as we regard it is an excellent countertop material so long as customers are educated on the pros and cons. Watch OUT Expensive! WOW.... so expensive. I was looking for soapstone countertops and the sales reps tried to talk me out of it and then i recieved a rediculous estimate! Watch out!
