I discovered a plumbing leak that caused black mold to grow inside the walls and ceiling. The maintenance team arrived at my apartment less than an hour after I reported it and began assessing and repairing the problem. Within a week, they will have removed all the water and humidity from the rooms and will be installing new drywall and carpet by the end of the week. They respond quickly and do good work. Thank you!
