I wish I could give zero stars. I lived here for two years bc I had no other options financially. But this place is infuriating. Terrible interiors, pest problems, defective AC units, and a completely inhospitable and unhelpful office and maintenance staff. I could go on and on but I’ll just say: stay away.
Got my a/c back working in a timely manner. Friendly and reliable service as always. I appreciate it!
I discovered a plumbing leak that caused black mold to grow inside the walls and ceiling. The maintenance team arrived at my apartment less than an hour after I reported it and began assessing and repairing the problem. Within a week, they will have removed all the water and humidity from the rooms and will be installing new drywall and carpet by the end of the week. They respond quickly and do good work. Thank you!
