We've lived here for 10 years...we love it!!!...our kitty loves the deck...you can paint your apt...( but you paint it before you move out)..Jennifer is an awesome office manager..and our courtyards ...grounds and pool are INPECIBLE...our neighbors are awesome..no one's noisy...people use the bbque grills in the summer ...great winter snow maintance...plenty of parking and washer/dryers in basement..so close to EVERYTHING
I have lived here for 4 years and have loved it! Being the first apartment I’ve ever lived in, I was nervous at first about the process of leasing an apartment, and Jennifer made me comfortable by explaining everything and always being available to assist with any questions and issues I had. Jennifer and Gary were always so respectful and helpful when it came to maintenance or helping me when something has gone wrong. I lived here for 7+ years and didn't have any issues. The little issues that I did have with neighbors in regard to smoking and noise, once I let Jennifer know, it was squashed the next day and it did not reoccur. I could not have asked for better staff when it came to Jennifer and Gary. The apt I lived in had issues with DTE shutting the electricity off (due to it being an efficiency apt not because the bill wasn't being paid) and Jennifer and Gary helped out resolving the issue even when it was after hours. I've lived here collectively for 3 years. The maintenance team is reliable. My neighbors are respectful. No complaints.
