Clint Johnson and his company Heritage Service Group replaced my roof about 5 or 6 years ago. At the time it appeared the roof was fairly decent. HOWEVER I now have a leak in my roof and after over a month and way too many phone calls and texts and attempts to reach Clint Johnson he has not answered or returned my NUMEROUS calls. I would not recommend this company or Clint Johnson because apparently there is no follow-up for warranty of work. Clint fit me in the day I called him. He showed up when he said he would (within two hours of my initial call), performed a very thorough diagnostic and charged a very fair price. He showed me pictures throughout the process. I highly recommend using Heritage. If I need work done in the future, I will immediately call again without hesitation. Great work!
The Heritage Service Group worked on our house in 2016. We received a full roof replacement. Clint and his group were always professional. The job was done in a day and the area outside was cleaned up pretty good. My only issue was I wish I knew the inside of my attic would be so messy afterwards. I would have maybe put down a tarp over my crawl space and or ask them to please clear out the debris from the attic for me. No leaks since then so we are happy! We would highly recommend Clint and his crew for any roofing needs!
