Horrible managed facility. Cannot keep medications and medical supplies on hand Place is understaffed at night and mostly youngsters that are too busy horsing around rather than attending to residents needs Management seems very blind to what’s going on

Where do I even start? Heritage Senior Living of Marysville is such a beautiful place, with lots to love! The staff and owners are so caring, loving, understanding, and attentive to the needs of the residents and their families. Such a great place for your loved ones to live. I've never been to an establishment like theirs where the owner themselves are very hands-on. A++ rating from me!

A member of the family is a current resident and has endured several life-threatening instances under the "supervision" of staff. This family member suffered a massive stroke previous to admission. Resulting in the inability to walk, talk, and care for oneself. First incident, staff and medical negligence. The patient went without fluids for one day due to improper administration, self-admitted by staff. Second incident, negligence. They were pinned between a wall and a toilet for over two hours.
