The whole process was smooth and easy. And Kim, which is the person I dealt with when finalizing the whole thing, was very friendly and had me in and out in no time.
Mari was super helpful with us. She made the process so much easier and we were able to get our storage room right away. Answered all our questions and explained all the fees. Highly recommend this storage unit and the customer service is excellent!

Today I visited Heritage Self Storage for tenant yard sale, and man is this a clean, well run facility! Plus. they're running a Memorial Weekend Special that encouraged me to finally bring my stuff from Kingsburg to Reedley, as the price will be better, they'll be closer to home, and I'll have 24 hour access. Thank Heritage!! Signed me up!!!
