My family and I have been customers here for 3+ years because of the convenience of its location but each time my dad or I have come in for payments/questions Marisela has been extremely rude, difficult, and unprofessional. Seriously considering moving down the street to Master storage 365.
Facilities are always clean! Super welcoming and always there when I needed them! Would recommend and if I ever need storage, I would come back as well!

For the first time in my life, I’m 63, I had to use a storage company. My son told me about Heritage in Reedley and being that I was moving there I called. The rep, Mari, was kind, helpful, and so friendly. She not only helped me with the application, she took me out to explain and guide me on the gate codes.
