Rented the space to store my late mother’s art and antiques because it was climate controlled and pay extra for that. Over the summer, the owners continually left the doors open creating a massive humidity and moisture problem in the supposed climate controlled area causing mold to form on irreplaceable artwork and photos. Today, I received a letter noting a change in terms which changed the section on climate controlled to exclude humidity.
