On July 2nd. While I was assisting my son with moving items out of his storage unit, the manager alleged that I had struck and damaged the facility gate with my truck. I disputed this claim immediately, as there was no new physical damage such as scratches, scrapes, or missing paint on the gate. The area the manager pointed out was bent in the opposite direction of my vehicle’s travel. Great storage location with extremely friendly management!
Incredibly friendly and very reasonable prices. We have a parking spot with them, so I can't say what the storage units are like, but I imagine they are perfectly fine. I do wish the parking spaces were a little wider to give a little more space to maneuver, but that's a nitpick. Also, they don't seem to keep the gates locked (or at least they haven't been locked whenever we've been there).
