James, I contacted you on Saturday September 15th 2018 by phone informing you of a water leak on my new roof in Willow Spring, NC 27592 that Heritage Home Improvement installed Nov 13, 2017. I sent you pictures by text messages of the damages to my ceilings, which you responded and you told me you were "going to send my guys over as soon as it stops raining ". Had an appointment to start on my roof today, 4/12/18, no one showed up or called to cancel after I left several messages in 2 days. Bad business practice.
