You might want to investigate everything about this place I can't wait to get a proper review. This place is not a stable environment. I've seen hostile work environment. I've seen multiple practitioners come and go for no apparent reasons. I've been in a closed door and it opened up for yelling and screaming. I've never been able to see the doctor last 6 visits every 2 months. The fabricated urine samples but blood test can't be tampered with. My experience has been 70% good Dr bassoon wonderful. The staff not personable at all condescending, can't ask them a question, rude on the telephone
I want to give five stars because Dr. Basu and his MA are the sweetest people on earth and truly care for you, but had to give 3/5 because the front office staff are ridiculous and any time you ask for anything it’s like you’re bothering them. I really only go for Dr. Basu and the MA.
Been going here for a very long time. Originally he isn't have a PA and the wait time to see him was awful. I. Talking hours. He moved to colleyville and has a PA now. Although he's been through a few PA'S he's had some very good ones. I really enjoy Megan but she's gone and we have Staci now and she goes above and beyond. Now appts go alot faster and that relieves alot of stress for me. Especially since I drive a good distance to get there
My first appointment I was told to fill out a questionnaire that wasn't sent to me before. They texted me the questionnaire I had to fill it out while I was telling them why I was there. I saw the doctor less than 2 min. Second time they canceled my appointment made it for a month later. I called to see if I could just get they results I was told no the doctor needs to see you.
