My first appointment I was told to fill out a questionnaire that wasn't sent to me before. They texted me the questionnaire I had to fill it out while I was telling them why I was there. I saw the doctor less than 2 min. Second time they canceled my appointment made it for a month later. I called to see if I could just get they results I was told no the doctor needs to see you. I see Dr. Basu. I’ve been seeing him for over 10 years and I absolutely love him! He always seems to genuinely care about my wellbeing!! I recommend him 💯
Dr. Basu takes the time to listen to you and actually hears what you say before deciding on a course of treatment. He listens everytime you see him. He does the necessary testing as well. His office staff is very efficient and friendly. If you treat them with respect, they respond in kind. I highly recommend this doctor. 5 stars for all involved ☆☆☆☆☆
EDITED 10/01/24 Horrible patient care long wait time rude staff the only nice thing I can say is Dr Basu is nice and attentive and listens to you. However I'm actively looking for a new rheumatologist due to his PA being rude and passive aggressive. A year later and it's not gotten better, it's not his PA it's his office manager Sofia Herrera. She is one of the rudest individuals I have ever came in contact with as a patient. I have severe RA and it's managed by specific medications that can't be missed his staff fails to se... read more
If I could give this ZERO STARS, I would. This place is a NIGHTMARE! I waited MONTHS for my appointment so I can finally figure out answers for what I have been struggling with for so long. My appointment was supposed to be for 9 A.M. but they changed it (without telling me) to 8:45 A.M.....Okay, no problem, would've appreciated a heads up, but whatever. I show up at 8:30 A.M.
