I have used this company multiple times over the years, and they have always done amazing work. What prompted me to write this review was how quickly and efficiently they handled our most recent project. We had a toilet overflow onto our new flooring, and they responded right away. I was impressed with their response time. I called on Friday morning and they were out the very next day to take a look and give us a quote. The Owner of the company Kevin was professional, friendly and was able to figure out the problem right away. We had a bad leak, that caused excess water damage. Working with them was so easy. This company came out and repaired my home and cleaned my contents from water and smoke. The loss items they documented for me and this was a great help. Their content team is amazing.

Do not use this company, they quoted me a price for cleaning my smoke damaged walls and broke their quote down to show why they were quoting that price. When they came out to clean they were only there for 6 hours and didn't use any of the supplies they quoted me for. I waited over a month to receive a bill and out of concern I called them when one still didn't arrive. I was only able to get a receptionist on the phone and she said she'd leave a message with the manager. I did this 5 more times with no call back so finally I... read more
