Excessive Construction Noise * Renovations begin immediately after units are vacated, which seems to happen frequently. * The ongoing construction creates constant noise disruptions, making it difficult to work from home or enjoy quiet time. Residents often receive no notice about renovations on their floor and only find out once loud drilling, hammering, or other work begins. I lived here for 6 years. One of the highlights was the exceptional maintenance team. They always went above and beyond. I asked to borrow a drill once when I bought a desk during the beginning of WFH in 2020. Instead, someone came and built my desk. When my personal air conditioner broke during a heat wave, they worked on it. I have found management to be kind and responsive. I only moved because a change in my personal circumstances.
