Was told by the owner to go and look at a place after we told him about our credit score and also us using housing assistance to get us in. The boss Mike told us to go and talk to Paul basically telling us everything was good to go. We talked to Paul and then he asked the same questions. Lived in at the Presidents Ln for 16 years,Paul,Mike and the crew are the nicest people you can find.Any request is done within a day.Building is kept clean also very quiet.Great location right across from the T,maybe a 45 seconds walk.I already miss the place only moved out because I needed a bigger place.Thanks for everything.

I was a resident here throughout college and grad school. While I can talk about how safe the area is, how convenient a location it is, and how upkept the apartments are, those things are obvious. What is less obvious and, I'd argue, more important, is how great these landlords are. These guys (especially Paul) were always responsive, professional, and understanding. Everything that needed to be taken care of (repairs, leaks, etc.) was always taken care of without intrusion, and otherwise you were left alone to enjoy your li... read more
