They took excellent care of the house rental process from the very beginning to the end. In case of any malfunction at home, they immediately call the team and fix the malfunction.
Management doesn't enforce their own rules, doesn't take care of rodent issues, excessive noise, nuisances like others smoking on the property, parking situation. You are lied to. Even local law enforcement stated Heritage doesn't take care of their properties. The only benefit here is the pool but it's only open 4 months out of the year.
Looking for past tenants. I heard some folks are banning together to get their money back from these scam artists. Reach out to me if interested. Remember, there's power in numbers & dont be afraid to stick up for whats right! Its ok if it's been a while since you moved, you have rights. Do not do any business with these people. They lie, cheat and keep your deposit. Check out the other posts.
This company gave me bad vibes from the first interactions. Joking about the approval status of a support animal on the day of lease signing is a bad look, imo. Throughout any interactions with Jeff I felt I was being spoken down to and probed unnecessarily about my private life. Fast forward to moving out, their auto deducting rent collection did not stop when my lease was terminated, and I was charged extra rent.
