Very rude. The owner of the company was Mitzy and her son were driving an orange jeep. Was honking and driving like a maniac down a 30 mph speed limit road. My family was terrified.when I called to address my concern, she was very defensive and extremely rude and accused me of being another vehicle that had cut them off and refused to hear what I had to say about my actual experience and proceeded to hand up on me. I would not trust doing business with this type of service!
Failed to provide basic customer service like reminders of key deadlines, and otherwise required customer-initiated requests and reminders for info such as running comps on nearby properties. When confronted about these issues, I was met with defensiveness and pseudo-apologies like "I'm sorry this didn't work out for you." That's like being told "I'm sorry you feel upset" by the person doing/not doing things to upset you.
