Failed to provide basic customer service like reminders of key deadlines, and otherwise required customer-initiated requests and reminders for info such as running comps on nearby properties. When confronted about these issues, I was met with defensiveness and pseudo-apologies like "I'm sorry this didn't work out for you." That's like being told "I'm sorry you feel upset" by the person doing/not doing things to upset you.
