Flooding nothing gets fixed...Foundation sinking...Shows up to do a walk thru without calling...Wants tenants to fix place up like we own the property...So unprofessional...
As an absentee property owner Heritage Property Management provides me with peace of mind. They have done a great job of vetting prospective tenants to find those that are reliable and responsible. I recommend Heritage both to other property owners as well as renters looking for a pleasant place to live that is managed by a company that is responsive.
I highly recommend Heritage. They have been managing our property for approx 8 years and we are very happy with them. We understand that they are a small company but they have handled all our issues according. They personally call me to authorize maintainance of units if they fell it is justifiable. So not slumlords.....just a tight management firm that actually does it job. That in respect makes your place a more decent place for people to live in and rent. The best deal ever on waterfront property at a great price that includes water, sewer and trash. I have lived here for a total of seven years and not disappointed. Remember, lose management makes for lose rules, thus....you live in a crappy environment of people and location. Keri and Debbie are great.
Slumlord property management. This property management company expects renters to maintain the properties themselves as if they owned the property. Every decent renter I spoke with while I lived in one of the properties they managed regretted renting from them. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Beware.
