we tried to buy some land a double wide that had been repoed thru heritage and i have to say our realtor was good but he had to run everything thru another lady who was awful she never took our offer to the finace company i had to call them myself she said they wouldnt take it and well they were until they same day someone called and made the same offer it was a big hassle we didnt get it our property we wanted and could have if she would have done her job right in the begining i suggest you use another realty agency id hate... read more
