Backdated on rent and then was told the date that I was reportedly moving out on was changed when I didn't tell anyone it was changed. Used the Flex app that they market to get their money out of you at the beginning of the month, but then was told I had to pay a late fee for not making a full payment when the app is connected to the property management website and pays the balance that they have posted.
