I am on oxygen and can no longer use propane. I have a full tank of gas and they will pick up the tank but not refund me for the gas in the tank. This is a poor business practice. I paid for it once and they would resell it again and make double the profit. I discourage anyone from doing business with this company they are worse than Shaw.
Sucks when offices like this are closed at three pm on a Saturday. What are working people supposed to do?
