Horrible experiences with this company. Would never recommend for services.
I was an out of the way customer with a small tank. Service sometimes would take 3 weeks or more from the time of my order. I assume the cost to service my account was not practical. I called customer service once and I believe the call went to Pennsylvania. Neither me or the agent could understand a word we were saying. And any request or inquiry on the website, other than processing an order, went to outer space.
I am 76 years old and this is worst customer service experience I have ever endured
I called about your pre-buy programs. I was disappointed with the information given. I can't predict how much, in gallons, of propane I will use during the year. It depends on the weather in the winter. Our whole house operates with propane appliances. I was told I could purchase gas and pay for it in advance, which I have a hard time doing not knowing the volume needed. I was also told I could make monthly payments...again don't know volume needed...and I would have to pay $99.00 to do business with you. I find paying to do... read more
When your delivery truck made his delivery, the weight of the truck cracked the concrete on our driveway. Your company has refused to take responsibility for this issue because we don't have video proof that it was the Amerigas truck that caused the damage. We only have photo proof of a dual-wheeled vehicle pulling exactly where the crack is located and no other dual-wheeled vehicles have entered our property. This company is garbage!!
