I spent over 3 hours over multiple calls waiting to correct a delivery issue. I finally had to arrange another company to deliver my gas. I also received no response to three requests made on the “contact us” link on their web site. The service support call center is broken.
Great customer service except they lie and say things that aren't true and State things are free and that they own all the pipes outside up to the house...really, then your billed for them at a excessive price. 299.99 for 1 hour at your house for 0.8 of that hour you will still pay most of that almost 300 and for a service call its 120.00 to round up a little change form what they charge. They bought out my local propane company and charge a $140 leak test fee before they do a fill. Called and they said it is mandatory and they do not waive it. Since they have a wireless monitor on my tank, they know it is not leaking since they see 0 usage when it isn't cold.
