Before corporate closed the Attalla location/office, Pam and Tony were AWESOME! Since the closing, they SUCK!
Been waiting over 3 months for them to remove a tank we no longer need. Can't get in touch with the office directly, you have to go through Amerigas main customer support.
Absolutely horrible customer service. Very poor communication! I miss Pam, Pam always got it done right the 1st time. I do have to say the delivery guy was fantastic
