I've heard many complaints about the warranty from many homeowners in the community. Beautiful pool and a beautiful community... but they do not fix the mistakes in the home in a timely manner. I feel like the warranty for a new home builder says a lot about the company. They should stand by their work and take care of their homebuyers in the first year.
