Among other things, parking and their pet policy are atrocious. There are enough parking spots for basically one car per apartment near the buildings... The rest are a walk in the dark. Coyotes on the property often. Zero oversight by the management company. The "community manager" doesn't even have a number for corporate where you can voice concerns.
The incompetence of their staff cost me a $155 fee. Even after thorough explanations, I was denied. Their staff was difficult to work with, very late in all responses and their fees are ridiculous. Certainly not what I expected form a "high-end" property.
Down hill fast
Staff is very friendly, also very prompt take care of any maintenance issues. Very pleased with our few months here so far! Met some very kind neighbors as well!
