The staff were welcoming and warm and instantly put me at ease. They were very accomodating to my need for an expedited schedule to addtess all my dental needs. I had my my first ever Root Canal done by Dr. Parikh, he took his time to explain all of the options available to fix my recently broken tooth. After deciding a course of action, Dr. Parikh & Nam worked quickly to get my tooth fixed. He listened to what I brought up from previous dental visits regarding freezing and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Michelle has also been amazing to deal with to get all of the admin. side of things completed quickly. Thank you team for the great service!
Despite doing renovations and having things a bit flipped where you need to come in the back door Heritage Pointe Dental has everything set to ensure that the patients comfort and ease come first! From a friendly helpful person who is the receptionist/front face of the office, to coffee water and juice set out as well as Halloween candy and a coffee machine at the ready - even the bathroom is well kept and had a heated toilet seat and decorative ambiance for Halloween - these appointments have been for my teen son just to ha... read more
This dental office has been amazing, as much as I don’t like having my teeth worked on, Dr.Sidd and his staff, Michelle and company, are very pleasant to deal with, knowledgable and experience with a wide range of services offered.
