We are a family company that's been in business for 26 years. I, Jim, work in the field and my wife, Janet, runs the office. We treat everyone like family and also treat you like we would like to be treated. We do Residential Plumbing, Heating and Air conditioning. No drain cleaning, air duct cleaning or septic service at this time. We are located in Lake of the Pines and service Auburn & Grass Valley.

Jim has installed a gas line for out new stove, moved plumbing & electrical in our laundry room, worked on our HVAC in our present & previous homes. He’s always very prompt, does a great job & is very reasonable in price. I would highly recommend Jim!
