HORRIBLY EXPENSIVE PRICE GOUGERS !!!! I know emergency service cost extra. I have heat but no hot water and they came out same day which I thought was great. The service tech AJ was great, friendly, personable and professional. He replaced 4 parts including the circulating pump, expansion tank, release valve and combo valve. I wrote down the part number of of each new part and found the exact parts at retail price on the net which cost a total $246.25 retail. (Heritage buys them at wholesale prices). I experienced a complete furnace failure that I wasn't sure was repairable. John provided exceptional service and got us up and running. Very pleased with the entire experience.
March 4, 2013 Furnace failure and received excellent service on Saturday when technician Rodney Simoneau arrived to repair. Rodney explained the checks he was performing to isolate the problem. He was very thorough while checking the system. Heritage should be proud to have a person like Rodney on their staff. The problem has been corrected, would highly recommend Heritage as a first class operation. Thank You Paul L.
