We just found out our trailer was broken into. I have gotten no response from management. I would like there help filing a police report since they have cameras and we are right next to the gate. Extremely frustrated that I get a message to call the corporate office. No one will speak to me directly. DO NOT USE this business!!
BE WARNED: we stored our RV here for three months. There was a vandalism/break in issue where their fence had been breached and property was vandalized. We were notified via email. In their contract, there is a clause that states "they aren't responsible for anything that happens on their property." They're slogan is "Safe and Secure" and I fail to see how anything is safe and secure. As we learned, there aren't any cameras or security on the lot.
