Great location, friendly staff, competent and knowledgeable, Dr Shah is exceptional
I can see why this place has bad reviews. The receptionist that answered my call was rude. I canceled my appointment and I’m going somewhere else. If the receptionist is rude I’m out.
I saw reviews online that said that this Dr was good, and is great with kids, gentle, etc. So I decided to bring my daughter in. My daughter, who is 10, had a crown on her tooth that became loose so it needed to possibly be reglued or replaced. She got x-rays and her teeth cleaned and that went well, my daughter said the staff was nice and gentle. Was in a MVA in 1982. Front of mouth is smashed in 1/4" and my bite is horrible. Gentle, caring, listens. Get authorizations before preforming work. Any one who says they went there and were told that work couldn't be done... Had the wrong Insurance or is not being 100% truthful about the Review. In and out of oral surgery since 1982. Dr. Shaw is talented, and professional. Thanks see you for the next Appointment.
Needed an extracrion of a wisdom tooth referred to their surgeon who was 90 minutes late for the appt no apology no explanation from the office then when he does finally arrive he’s interupted by one of the staff about what he wants for lunch???!!!!! Are u kidding me??!!! Unprofessional doesn’t cover it. Don’t go there.
