Rude and aggressive neighbor. Had a lady charge out of her apartment yelling at us for not picking up after our dog (uh yeah we do) she then LETS HER AGGRESSIVE DOG OUT OF HER APARTMENT to attack my dog! She keeps yelling at us and refuses to even get off the porch to get her dog. Then threatens to "kick my ass" when I try to get her dog away from mine. Something needs to be done about her and her dog.
