Shanks Towing towed my sisters car with a visitor parking pass hanging from the rear view mirror and parked in a non reserved spot that’s strike 1. Strike 2 is the shady practice where the towing company wants only cash or they charge you extra to get your car. Strike 3 and this is the big one they sent me, my sister, and my niece to pick up the car in this place (see photos). They will let your car get towed even with a pass!! Woke up and my car was gone be careful and they will not help you, worst place ever!! Their towing company trolls that area for towing, they took mine at 2am. Shanks towing is shady said they will tow even in visitors parking with a pass even!!
Me and my mom and dad lived there for about 15 years and was a nice place to call home many friends and my whole family on my dads side lived there and still few living there today so heritage park apartments is what I call a sacred ground for us Wine Family miss it very much
Government run complex, goes by persons income. Not recommended dude to racism, harassment and biased some groups shown preference over others.
