There is a pool which is open all year, and a laundry facility. Their is maintenance on the property which is wonderful and the management is great. This is great place to live. Its afforable, I moved into Heritage Place two years ago once I relocated to Columbus. Its in a great area: nice and quiet. Its close to most of the main attractions of Columbus (walking distance) such as: The River Walk, The Theater, River Center, and historic downtown Columbus. The management team is great, Mrs. Stephanie is the best. Also maintence is good as well. I have a one bedroom and I love it.
