Incompetent Employees...And Poor Management...Heritage Pines. I rented an apartment from Heritage Pines and went through a terrible application process. The staff and management are disorganized and cannot get their stories straight on their policy. The apartment homes are roomy and well equipped but living in this community has its ups and downs. I would not recommend this rental community to anyone who is looking for an apartment community with competent management because that is certainly lacking here.

Low rent The apartment that we rented was nice because we were the first ones to live there. However, management was disorganized and took too much time to help their renters. Many times when we walked into the office to seek assistance, the agents were shut up in there offices and would pretend to talk on the phone instead of coming out to help us. At the end of our three year stint, our dining room ceiling was still stained yellow from the first summer we spent there when the roof leaked. PROS: cheap rent CONS: "low rent" ... read more
