RecommendedThe ladies here take SUCH amazing care of my cat that I refuse to take her anywhere else! She is treated to a heating pad, lots of affection and all the ladies fussing over her. It be a stretch to say that she enjoys it (what animal does?!) but she is definitely quite pampered here.
Quite simply the best! From caring for our Saint Bernard to keep me informed about treatments and treating our pup like she was their own there is no other place I would go. We had to say goodbye to our Lilly a couple of years ago and it was done with grace, dignity, trust, and patience. I am excited to announce I will be getting a new puppy next week! The first thing I did was call and make him an appointment with Dr. Watson and Heritage Pet Hospital! Thank you!
We lost our Izzy a couple days ago. Took her into Heritage when they opened up and they took care of her immediately and made room in their schedule. All of the technicians and staff were helpful and compassionate in addition to extremely professional. Brought my cat in a week ago and spent a lot of money. Checking out my cat when I got home I noticed that her back leg was hurt and the Vet did not see that. And my cat has frost bite on all four paws that the vet did not check. CAlled back and said they want us to pay another $50 to get her checked when the vet didn’t do his job and check out my cat the right way. I love this place and the people working there!!
Staff is friendly and genuinely care about the pets they see. We switched to Heritage when we got our two kittens and it was a great move. We felt comfortable and well informed by everyone we encountered there when one kitten was ill. Atmosphere is very warm and caring.
