There is no amount of stars I’ll give this place. There is no point of having an appointment because you will still wait AT LEAST an hour with one. My appt was at 8 and the ONLY doctor they have comes strolling in at 825!!! Unacceptable! They are over booked knowing they are understaffed. People take off work, find sitters for other children and make more arrangements to make these appointments. No one wants to sit in a doctors office for OVER AN HOUR with an appointment. Friendly and knowledgeable doctor and staff
Heritage Pediatrics provided an outstanding experience for my toddler and me. The staff was incredibly warm and patient, making my little one feel at ease from the moment we walked in. The doctor took the time to listen to my concerns and provided thorough, compassionate care. The office was clean, well-organized, and child-friendly. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for excellent pediatric care!
