Manger is very professional , kind
This place is awesome! Emilina the leasing office manager is very friendly, understanding, and cares about the residents, I saw this first hand. Great location across from senior center and several shopping center stores.
A few years ago I sent a review that I wish could be erased. I think very highly of Emalina.. the manager at Heritage Park in Norco. She is one of the most caring people/manager I have ever met. Two nights ago we had a fire here and I was looking around and all of a sudden I saw Emalina coming up trying to help others opening the clubhouse for people to go to the bathroom. Being a resident here for seven years, I've seen a "few" maintenance people come and go, they needed to. Example: I put in a request to have my air conditioner checked , wasn't blowing cold air, and the batteries needed changed in the smoke detector, .. Jose changed the batteries and the air conditioner filters but the air still wasn't working right. Jose noticed the fan on the air conditioner unit outside wasn't working, checked it, found the whole unit was filled with pine needles and leaves. Took it apart, cleaned it out.... read more
