Move here if you don’t mind a stove that gets so hot it melts the paint off the cupboard corners, that will only be replaced after you move, the heat will set off the home fire alarm. If you don’t mind cigarette smoke coming from the vents, (they will not do anything to help) They disregard PROP65, the maintenance crew will try to install used equipment before new. Rented here because of proximity to work. Rent is expensive, but not for the area; I pay $1755, plus all utilities, for a 1 bedroom, 560 sq ft. Fairly new building. The Bad: Most cheaply built building I have ever lived in, cheap linoleum, cheap carpet with practically no pad under it, plywood floors that creak, poorly insulated, single pane windows, cheap plastic blinds on the windows (the $5 at Home Depot kind of cheap), cheap locks and hardware on the doors, cheap countertops.
