I have been a resident at Heritage Park for some time now. I enjoy the quiet neighborhood and the privacy these apartments provide. The area has always been safe and the property is well kept. Patrick has been kind and helpful every time I have approached him with a question.
This place is bad cars got broken into gas was siphoned. Management is nosey and will look in windows. We lived in these apartments for 14 years. Two years ago the changed managers and the new guy has no personality, and is always angry.
I have lived here for a little less than a year and have had nothing but a great experience. Patrick the manager is awesome. Very friendly, and always responds/ fixes any issues quickly. I would absolutely recommend this small community!
