Horrible service horrible don’t not consider moving there
Yaneeda come getcho kids the community is not daycare. Theres zero reason for yo kids to be outside all day everyday yelling and causing havoc. Im on first floor and I basically have yo kids in my living room cussing and yelling for hours. The other reviews are right wdh is this? No parents in sight. Management is terrible. Everytime you have a problem they throw their hands in the air with no solutions. They quoted me a price for rent but don’t disclose MANDATORY PACKAGES the makes your rent 300-400 higher than on your lease. The pool is closed weeks at a time VERY OFTEN which you PAY FOR IN ADDITION TO EVERYTHING ELSE. They towed my car out of my own parking space they charge $50.00 a month for and still make you pay the tow fees even if it’s an illegal tow. Sounds stupid right ? This place sucks. They take over a month to just fix a light bulb that are the long ones led halogen, had to buy it get done myself. It’s nothing like the pictures, the pool is always closed, the kids in this place have no manners, the staff is not that friendly they care less. The place is dirty and it’s not worth what you pay to live here. The water taste like sewer water. She reported it and never got a response or anyone came to check. I think it’s well water.
