My gf lived here 2024-2025. Have lived many places and usually get most of the deposit back. You will not get it back here. Fixtures and appliances are old and tired. Ground floor apartments are noisy. Washer/dryers broken or smell terrible. Caltrain noise did not bother me, but understand that you will definitely hear it.
This place has horrific management and will gouge you hundreds to thousands of dollars. About two months out from the lease expiring, I went to the office to let them know I would be moving out, and they acknowledged. I walked in a couple of weeks later, and they said they had no idea what I was talking about and needed to email them, and proceeded to schedule the meetings to close out the apartment and hand off the keys.
