I lived here for over three years and it was the nicest, most responsive apartment management I've ever had. Maintenance was always done promptly and they do a lot of regular maintenance around the property to keep it nice. The office staff was super friendly and my dog is going to miss Jackie terribly! The price was reasonable (for the area) and the location -- walking distance to Murphy Ave & Caltrain -- was excellent. The pool is very nice, but it's the only real amenity to speak of. I have lived here before in an one-bedroom apartment and then switched to 2-bedroom apartment after sometime. The maintenance people are great. You create a ticket and within 24 hour, they are at your door to fix the issue. Leasing office staff is polite and helpful. Never had any issues with laundry, only thing i can say is it is a hassle (sometimes) to collect quarters for the machines. We lived here for 6 years. Also our friends lived here in heritage during their masters and once they got married. It’s best place and economical located close to downtown and to Caltrain. Maintenance is very responsive. Jackie is cordial and friendly staff. Many play areas compared to few apartments that only have one. Accessible laundry facilities regularly cleaned by staff with strict timings.
The apartment was great, had plenty of storage, and is very affordable for the area. Maintenance was always quick to respond to any of our issues. Jackie is amazing. She was very helpful throughout the move in and move out processes. She helped get us refunds on some final charges and we greatly appreciate her work and help!
Terrible Living Experience – Avoid This Place! If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The property manager is completely unprofessional and refuses to address tenants’ concerns. There is a serious cockroach infestation in the units, yet management does nothing to resolve it properly. The laundry room is always filthy, and most of the machines are either broken or barely functioning. The overall maintenance and service here are horrible—requests are ignored, and the management simply doesn’t care about the residents.... read more
